Took me about 4 1/2 months to get to where I am now. When I first joined, I was just like you, thinking how can people do those impossible songs? But trust me, practice and you will be able to do them. In time, the arrows will became symbols and not arrows, so you don't have to think about the direction because you've memorized the coloumns.
