I've played FFR before at my friends' houses, and I (obviously) have an account. Whenever I try to use FFR on my own computer, however, it doesn't work. The FFR game screen will open, and I can choose the song that I want, but the song won't load. There will be no background or music. If I press any arrows, though, I still recieve "boos". How can I fix this?

how do I get a letter ranking? I have a different screen when I finish a song than those that post high scores

The scores posted in the brag board are mostly from Stepmania. Go to Stepmania.com to download it. It's the best DDR simulator there is. After you get Stepmania, go to Bemanistyle.com and download some sims for it. Then go to this thread to get your songs working.

Or, if you don't feel like downloading a program, you can go play R2. R2 is the next version of FFR and is a near perfect DDR sim programmed in flash. There's a link on the left at the top of the list on the FFR homepage. Or you can just click this link.

As for moonlightgodess's problem, I'd say that you should clear your cache. If you don't know how to do that, go here. If clearing your cache doesn't help, I'd reccomend making sure you have the newest flash plugin. If that doesn't work, I don't know what to tell you; sorry.

i'm not exactly a n00b, all I wan't to know is how to speed mod.
So can anyone tell me? I see it on settings but I can't selct any...

Maybe you should read a little before you post and make yourself seem less intelligent than I bet you are. Less than one page back is an answer to your question.

I had all perfect in a game except 2 (which were good)...yet, my score percentage of the record holder was 10%. The record score was like WAY more than what my score was. How can that be? It would be very hard for me to believe that 2 arrows makes the diffrence in place values. Someone please clarify...

click on challenge, enter their name and wager (if any), click issue challenge, go to the game you wish to challenge them to, play it as best as possible, and then wait on them to accept or reject your challenge...

Most of the links to the stepmania songs dont work anymore....
And on bemanistyle there r like 20 songs

Anyone got working links ? (The posts r like 2 years old, no wonder many of them dont work)

I want specific songs for the keyboard, if there is any difference between keyboard - footthing

Get more credits to unlock more songs. At 500 credits, I'm pretty sure that you'll have all the songs unlocked.

I don't know if it's been asked, or what, and I'm not going to bother looking.

But for whatever reason, whenever I finish a song, nothing happens. The music stops, the steps stop coming, and nothing happens...

What the hell's wrong?

I have a question. Can you list the difficulties in order from easiest to hardest, because I never know what is harder challenging or difficult, for beginners, or very easy. Any explanation of the difficulties would be helpful, thanks.

OK, i dunno if this is just me, but I've been here for years, way back with the old setup, when there was about one classical, but I made a new sn, etc... Anyway, I can't load a bunch of the new songs, I.E. the songs that just got added. I bought the new one, and tried to load it and all the other newly added songs, but they don't load, the little circle staying at zero. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
