Hello everyone... I have a question about avatar profile.

My friend got some problem about uploading his avatar. When he want to change, update, or upload his avatar. Option "custom avatar" (custom Avatar box) is not available. But there is only "your avatar current" (your avatar current box). Like screenshot below (sorry if quality screenshot is bad) :


This is his edit avatar.

So that's is why he can't change, update, or upload avatar. But the question is "why his custom avatar box at edit avatar is not available ? but why my custom avatar box is available ? are there bug or glitch in FFR website ?" See below for compare with screenshot before.
