what gym has finger workout stuff?
also that glove seems to only offer resistance when opening the hand and the motion actually used to press keys is like the opposite i suppose you could combine that with the grip things and get both the opening and closing muscles Last edited by kaiten123; 09-21-2009 at 10:36 PM.. |

its not your fingers that have the muscle to move faster its your forarm and wrists. but if you wanted too i guess you could do finger curls or something haha
