AAA

I finding it hard to AAA even the easiest of songs which sorta knocks my confidence. Any advice or any sort of tips? Is it normal for it to take awhile to be cleaner (that the right word? =x) or do i just suck?

Some of the easy files, such as those stepped by Synthlight, are indeed hard to AAA.

Any songs that help practicing timing or will it just come with practice in general?

Don't try to AAA anything made by Synthlight until you are much better.

A good rule of thumb is that you can AAA songs about 5 levels lower than you can FC until you start getting into the highest difficulties. It kind of needs to come with practice. You should definitely take time to practice your PA on easier songs every once in a while, but it will definitely come with time.

First try to AAA Pita, Norfolk Gals, or something on the first page of Dance.

Perfect Attack, otherwise known as how well your Perfect:Good ratio is. Good PA generally means a low amount of goods to perfects.

This cheers me up. I've been able to sightread FC challengings for months, but AAAing even a standard is simply undoable.

Yeah those are the hardest low levels to AAA, and I find it difficult to AAA easy songs after playing a lot of high level songs, because you get used to doing fast streams, jacks, etc.

God, i need help maintaining a AAA past 85% of the song, it seems impossible ><

When i know im getting close to AAAing something, my hands go limp, and Start to lose focus. Any way to counter-act this? I can get some pretty good runs in on a few 8s, 9's and 10's but it seems like i hit the magic 80% and bam i hit a good :/

I have found something against limb fingers or nerves when close to an AAA, I only play FFR when I'm 1 hour awake or late at night, at these times I'm too tired to get nervous

at least at night rly late or even if i'm tired i'm able to AAA songs , otherwise i'll get nervous easily , and it's like OMFG u aleady got 90 % of the song as Perfect , comm'on only 10% left u can do it DUDE! ,, 3 secs later -> Good ! ._.

Remember to use speed mods. 1,5x or 1,75x most likely

I first try AAA'd Love Cheat, R176 and DMYK all between 12:00 am and 3:00 am, I also got my 5 0 0 5 on FFLBF at that time.
So it may indeed help
