What's the longest you've spent playing without seeing improvement?

to answer the last question warming up becomes an integral part of higher level play and the reason most people don't see improvement over regular intervals is because they do not warm up properly and are not playing at their full potential(other factors certainly do contribute to this but I feel this is one of the main ones) on most days

on a side note the longest I've ever gone without improving during actual periods of play was like, 2 weeks

and on a completely unrelated note it took me about 5 months of playing before I could AAA fgo's
