I think I remember a topic a bit ago that gave tips on how to create 6 arrow files and mentioned things like certain patterns that should be avoided since they are simply impractical, but I have no idea where it is now. Might be useful for those who are getting ideas.
Middle-finger/ring-finger trills aren't happening for me. It's so hard to even attempt.
