No, not isolate. I have Muscle Milk which tastes really good but has like 100 fat calories, lol. You've probably heard of it.

Yeah, I've heard of it -- having extra fat calories isn't a bad thing if you're going for some kind of ketogenic diet/low carb approach. My shakes tend to taste pretty crappy (just the powder + water). I use milk sometimes but only when it concerns workout -- otherwise I don't want to promote lactose insulin spikes.

my god this is the kind of thread that gets 3 pages of posts in virtually no time at all
first of all I thought you vibrated through this, but then I remembered this wasn't possible. anybody could've held down the notes if their keyboard let them. not all that impressive, not to mention the file is a dump in the first place second for all of you idiots who are blind and don't know math, it's NOT POSSIBLE TO VIBRATE THROUGH THIS. if this was 180 bpm (it's not, it's higher) it would take 3 beats per second x 8 32nd notes per beat = 24 hits per second to get through. and actual speed is a little faster. third of all what is a freaking super genius valedictorian doing playing ffr like this all day. I'm sure you can find something more impressive to do such as stepping some fun files which raise the standards of ffr I hope my post has changed some of your lives

2. And yes, it's not possible to vibrate through the wall, correct. You absolutely have to hold it. There's a reason why the CP trill is hard to vibrate FC (and these are namely TWO-FRAMERS, here, and there is only one 1-framer per side!). There's a reason why DP is hard to FC. Anyone who now says you can take an entire DENSELY PACKED SPAM**** of 1-framers and vibra-FC them, they are full of it. Even if you started vibrating in the average frame, the rest of the wall would catch up and the miss offset would fail you every single time. 3. Believe me, I have a stepfile in mind that would be the most interesting thing on the site. But it requires an FFR fix that allows songs to be longer than 8:53. 4. Just because I do well academically doesn't mean I can't have fun playing a game (and it's not like this is the only game I play, either). I have enough real-world accomplishments that few others have pulled off such that I don't really feel the need to justify how I spend my time. 5. You change my life stargroup <3
