You probably really won't get permission for Linkin Park. They are very large and well known, so yeah. Don't forget the royalties the company might want.

Super Eurobeat artists would be super awesome, but permission would be pretty hard to get I would think. No one has tried though.

Keep in mind that this isnt the place to request permissions. This is for artists you have contacted that have denied permission.

I'll get onto Alestorm though. Maybe Equilibrium too, we need some folk metal.

Since Nitrx was released on an Alice's Emotion album and it's on FFR, I guess it's fine. ALSO, I think one version of it was released on a different album. I'm not sure if it's the regular version or the (No one can notice my mind mix). Asides that, both versions were released for free on his old website

And to be honest, argh, Purify None isn't that good of a track for stepping.
