Did anyone else not get their sub renewed?
I didn't! And I'm very mad about it! Like, REALLY mad! ENRAGED!!! I mean... WTF? Freakin' GRRRR!!!
OK I'm not really pissed off. xD Just wondering what's going on, though. I got the receipt and everything, but I'm no longer a subscriber. T.T Just wondering if I'm a special case. And if so, is there something I have to do? |

Re: Did anyone else not get their sub renewed?
I thought sub renewals were done automatically, though. I've never ever had a period where I WASN'T a subscriber. This makes me believe something went wrong. >.>

Re: Did anyone else not get their sub renewed?
Actually, if you subscribe via paypal, the process is automatic, and paypal sets up a recurring payment.
If you deleted the recurring payment, or never actually subscribed via paypal (IE. you got/bought/won a succession of gift subscriptions, those need to be processed by hand, by JasonKey and if that's what you've been doing, you will need to get in touch with him) |

Re: Did anyone else not get their sub renewed?
I had the same problem. We got charged yesterday, and as you can tell, I'm not a sub now. I need my 2.20 or I'm screwed! So I need to talk to JasonKey?

Re: Did anyone else not get their sub renewed?
I got charged too but that's because Paypal renewed it automatically. Cool.

lol, I have till next month to see what happens when mine ends. I use paypal, so it will auto pay it and if I dont get it, oops, guess that is a fail and waste of 21 bucks for the next 6 months. XD

Re: Did anyone else not get their sub renewed?
Bump because JasonKey hasn't answered and I can't play for the tourney without 2.20.... Seriously, is there someone that can help us here!?

If the problem is inhibiting your tournament experience and Jason isn't responding, I suggest contacting another admin to see if they can contact him or do it themselves.

Re: Did anyone else not get their sub renewed?
I'm pretty sure Jason has been gone for quite awhile. I might be wrong, but I tried to contact him a few weeks ago and didn't get a reply.

Re: Did anyone else not get their sub renewed?
I've been waiting for somewhere around 2 weeks; some people have been waiting for longer. This is not for a recurring subbie, however.

Re: Did anyone else not get their sub renewed?
OK this thread isn't about people buying a subscription, and not having it activate. It's a common fact that if you buy a gift subscription, or you're subscribing for the very first time, it usually may take a few days for it to activate. This is NOT the issue this thread is addressing.
I'm addressing the fact that every month, at the end of my subscription, PayPal would automatically charge me, and my subscription would get renewed. There wasn't a single period during the past few months where I wasn't a subscriber, which makes me believe (given the admins' activity with regards to subscriptions), that this process is fully automated. This month, PayPal charged me just like it always does. Except no subscription. Apparently I'm not the only one. I hope this issue doesn't take as long to fix as Profile Chat did to get reset. And I seriously hope we won't have to resort to the same measures. Even though not having a subscription is something I CAN actually live with. xD |

Re: Did anyone else not get their sub renewed?
This happened to me, too. I had a 1 month recurring subscription that didn't reactivate after the payment went through. I PM'd Tass about it, and he activated it for me after I got him a screenshot of the PayPal receipt. He was really nice about it, and said they were working on the problem.
