Right, of course. Make big decisions and then close all discussion about it, period.
Seems to me like some of you need to figure out how to be leaders, as well. Lead, don't dictate. The group will discuss whatever the **** it feels is needed. Don't be like Hitler and burn down the Reichstag just because you are insecure in your ideas. |
