FireKai Original Reborn - Page 25

You know, for far too long I have sat back and dealt and fought with everyone about bullsiht. I, quite frankly, am sick of it. For the next week I need to do my own thing. I'm leaving Metal in charge of everything. If he comes to a problem he can't handle, then I will step back in for that time being. I need to worry about some personal issues that have went on in the last two weeks and I need to deal with them. I'm not gonna abandon FKO like most other leaders. I will always be here. Just I need to step back for a minute and figure stuff out.

I'll be here during the next week of course over viewing everything, so don't think any of you, including the leaders, can get away with shti while im gone cause metal is in charge fully.

Let me just say one more thing before this post is over. When I come back, and during the duration of my leave, if people really start to piss of metal and its almost towards a mutiny, I will put my foot down harder then ever. I will ban you from the team, i will kick you off the team, and if you piss me off enough and to the point where it becomes nothing more than harassment, trust me, I will get you banned. I'm done. i honestly don't understand how people can be so obnoxious. I guess its because I just never care enough to bother with almost anything, but is it really that hard to accept an answer and move on? People just need to grow up, FFR is for people over the age of 13 I'm sure by that age you know when to stop harassing someone. I feel horrible for Krunky he is a great person and a great FFR player. Just be happy that he has put as much time into "Clan" that he has. IF you drive him away we only have one leader, and he will eventually break as well.

I think we should get this thread locked for the week while your gone krunky, let people relax a little and restart when you have dealt with your problems.

Guys damn I get everyone laughin last night and wake up to find all this again. Comeon. Seriously. This is supposed to be fun why is everyone making such a big deal? Frankie puts sooooo much time into this team trust me I see it everyday. Constantly on the phone with leaders and updating so on so on. People need to chillllllllll.

you all know me as a fairly civil person- i let yall walk over me almost all the time- and i like that- i like being cool and helping out everyone- you know ive gotten alot of suggestions over the past couple months for FKo and my tournaments especially and i like all the advice- you guys are all really helpful and some of you have been doing these tournaments or have been around way longer than i- so keep it up- even if i cant change things mid tourney itll definately be changed next time around- im thinking about a team tourney chaos 2 down the road and all the suggestions i got will be taken into account and put forth- plus anything else that you all can come up with- you guys are amazing- even if we have our confliucts, ive still had a blast doing the whole FKO thing and thats whats kept me here- special thanks to everyone that helps out

Gun- Hey man my highest condolances all of us in FKO are here for you- youve helped the team so much and you definately have earned my respect- were all behind you

Sapphirion- Hey, everyone works sooo hard tp help us out its literally overwhelming (the support we get) definately youve put in wayyy more than your fair share of work an again we really are grateful and amazed at your dedication- thank you

TC_Halogen- man youre seriously wrecking through those sigs and placements and really are trying to make our team the coolest ever- but what can i expect from a cool ass guy? lol thanks for the help we all appreciate it

Norsegod- sometimes you really piss me off- loll, but thats not a bad thing really- it shows that we have a contrast in ideas and that we can get along- when me and gun met it was nothing but arguments buti saw the wisdom in his words and were good pals so, the same can go for us- thanks for putting as much effort into FKO as you have Team Blue recently and were always there to back things up or give you guys ideas as well-

GG-Guru- hey man definately no hard feelings- i know what its like to work so long on something and have it be nothing but criticized- unfortunately nothing is perfect in this world and sometimes things need to be upgraded- im sorry for the way i acted and really theres no excuse- i hope youre ok with the changes and hope we together we can make this clan kick

frankie- man were brothers- plain and simple- were always going to keep this thing going and were always going to have one anothers back- we dont have conflicts, we dont argue, we just get along- it works well- you can come and be the one that puts there foot down and gets things straight and ill be the one who trys to calm everyone down calmly without any rucuss- lol it just works- im very much looking foward to august furst and some heads are going to roll

psycoangel- take good care of him for us if you will, make sure our (cookie?) krunky is safe and well ok?

Sry double post here but guru I don't think that we members find the drama entertaining.... if I want drama I'll watch a soap opera. I was excited to join a team I really was...... But yea all "problems" just need to be pm'ed like Krunky said. If teamembers keep seeing this I'm afraid we're gonna lose more people from what I understand we already lost sapphirion which sucks cause from what I was told she worked hard on this team as well and I'm sorry to see her go because people can't act like adults..... ok I said what I needed to. Come on guys lets make this the best damn team on ffr.

Agree. I also feel bad for him for the fact that you guys can't keep things straight...have a little more respect for Krunky...Give him a e-hug and make his day..but don't go too far

I may be new to this but it hasn't taken me long to figure out that he's one of the major reasons that made this team get to where it is right at this point...So appreciate it guys.

Well that was a fun 5 or so pages to read through. Most of you know what I'm going through right now and if you don't, you can always send me a PM and I will let you know. Thank you for your kind words Metal and Krunky, they mean a lot. I will be doing an update for my tournament here in a few since I'm home and it's my job to get it done. Hopefully I can talk to Krunky since last nights conversation was cut short. Ill be on aim in 30 minutes or so.

Ok so I'm supposed to be on vacation yet I'm still here. I have thought all morning about what to do with the current FKO vs. GG_Guru thing and here is what I have come up with.

I haven't spoken to Shayne about this but I feel he will more than 100% agree with this post.

Guru listen man, you are a very good friend of mine. I stand by what i said about you and everything. However, being a leader does not give you the right to pull rank on other leaders, nor does it give you the right to go against one of the founders of the team. Your actions were irresponsible as a leader, and that was not fair to any of us. I want you to be the person I KNOW you can be but as of this time I don't feel that you can do that as being an FKO leader. I am demoting you back to a member, and if you get mad im sorry about that. It's just you have to realize that in a "business" and/or team you have to do whats best for everyone and not just one person.

The leadership position has been given to norsegod because i know that norse and halogen work very close together on most of the things that have been progressed for FKO. The previous position that norse had is up for grabs and I would like to see major applications and/or people asking for them. But keep in mind that you must provide EXCELLENT detail on what you have done for FKO and what you plan to do.

Again I'm sorry for the disregard of things, but as AJ and Angelicrogue have said, its about time I really start putting my foot down. I have to in order to make this team become and achieve greatness.
