Hey...you need to do your part too. Stop talking down to people because you think you have the rank. Pulling the rank card on someone in your team in the middle of an argument is just the coward's way out of settling things. If everyone has something to say, say it amongst yourselves, but keep it out of here; it's the same reason why Krunky made the new thread again.

Guru--respect those who are higher up than you because you can just as easily get shot down by someone like Metal.

Also, I'm gonna be honest here: Krunky, I know you think you can control Guru and his random outbursts here and there, but you shouldn't let him hang onto your balls, as well as anyone else on the team. I know you said not to bring stuff up, but enough is enough. You've taken enough bull**** in EVERY FKO thread/tourney, and you need to put your foot down--things need to change.

You keep saying enough is enough, but you have to commit to your actions.

Adhereing to rules in one thing, following ranks is another. But if people here are going to trump each other in a struggle of what they think is power here in an anarchistic manner, then you have a problem. Yes, I said anarchistic.

Enough is enough. Stop letting these threads get out of order everytime someone turns their back, because frankly, I'm tired of it and I'm not even involved half of the time. You guys want this clan to be good and thrive? Then you all have to stop conflicting with each other every single minute of the hour of the day.

I don't quite understand the AP thing. I post and then it says I'm active and increase in rank? If that's it then I agree with who_cares, and it just promotes postwhoring, it's just like a daily post =/ I agree, couple times a week is definitely enough to see if someone is active. There are days where I won't be able to find time to get on the internet; I wouldn't want that to make me "unactive".
And does the post have to be relevent at all?

i say try to make it relevant to the team but any kind of system that makes it so you have to post to be active will call for post whoring to a certain extent. i think just asking questions or posting scores to show you are imrpoving would be considered relevant

Guru, seriously, TAKE CRITICISM! If other people point out a problem don't just shrug it off and say that there isn't a problem, look into it and do what you can, or something like what metal did will happen and whatever you were working on will go down the drain, as you were complaining about earlier.

who_cares, thank you for pointing out the postwhoring angle, it was an exploit that I didn't notice and people could have taken advantage of it. And yes, posts should be relevant.

This does not bode well for the future of the alliance if we can't even keep our own toes in line for the first week.

Ok I'm going to voice my opinion here. Listen the point of the team from what I gather is to have fun and improve. Now there are still things being worked out obviously with the diff systems and whatnot its trial and error right now. Getting angry because something needed alteration is just stupid. I do agree that posting everyday is too much what do we have to say everyday? Honestly. This game isn't about sitting here and chatting in the thread is it? Anyways I think this battle over who outranks who needs to stop. Krunky and Metal ultimatly are the founders/leaders of this team. What the ultimately say goes plain and simple. Alright you know what, AJ you're right. For far too long Shayne and I have taken so much bullcrap in our threads and tournaments. As well as, for far too long we have just taken one hell of a beating for trying to do our best to unite friends in a single group. This post will stop it all and show you guys I'm not effin around anymore.

First topic that will be discussed in this post is the ranking system. The way the ranking system works is the higher to number (leader ranks) the higher rank you are. I am FKO-11 and I'm the highest there is. Shayne is right underneath me in ranking but holds same power. I'm mainly the one that comes in and stops everything if it becomes to much. I'm going to let Shayne have his turn in running things and I will have say immediately once someone starts disobeying the rules. AJ and Justin are next on the list. They ARE above CJ and James in the ranking system. (basic term Halogen/Guru rank higher than Gun/Norse) That is how I (ME) put the ranking system. That is how I(ME) feels it should be best fit. No questions asked.

However, I am making some adjustments as we speak. I was the one that made GG Guru a team leader and gave him his rank because of the massive amount of work that kid has done for me AND for the team. Yes he may flip out occasionally, but with all due respect, he is one of the most active leaders on this team. Yes his AP system might not have been " perfect " but at least he was the one to come up with an idea such as that. Not to mention the fact that he ranks higher than almost everyone else on this team and he WILL have the respect he is deserved.

Now speaking of Justin, what you did was uncalled for. You do have no right to go against a FOUNDER of the team. However, I have spoken to Shayne and told him that he had no right to make a decision on your AP system without speaking it over with me first. We are partners and thats how it stays. We make decisions together. End of story.

As for this controversy with norsegod and his power over FKO. I have been meaning to tell everyone about this and this is how it will end and I don't give a rats ass who gets mad at this and who doesn't. FKO is there OWN damn team. We are alligned with TB yes, but no one has authority over this team other than Shayne and I. I'm sorry norse, we will discuss this later tomorrow, right now I'm just really pissed off and not ready to deal with anymore bitching towards me tonight. But, FKO will not falter to anyone, nor will it be haunted by an outside force. We have come a long way to be deemed as a little faction. I will NOT let my team go down like that. I will FIGHT for FKO til the end, period.

As per everything else. Listen members (not leaders) if there is a dispute between the leaders please be ill advised in posting your thoughts on it. If you have an opinion about it please send Shayne and I a PM about your thoughts and TRUST ME, we will definitely put your opinions in our decision.

The responses from everyone on this team means alot to me and you all know what Shayne and I have went through since day one in making this team. We have not given up, nor we will ever give up. We have tried and tried to make this one hell of a team, and I want to accomplish our goal of becoming the best team to ever enter the FFR realm so to speak. We will accomplish this.

Everything that is said here and done, is all worth the while. We must hit rock bottom before we can ever hit the top entirely.

Now for my rules. These rules have been set forth by me and me alone. I'm sorry Shayne but you know im the enforcer out of both of us and you know what I say most of the time you agree with.

Rule Number 1 - Have Fun.
Rule Number 2 - Respect the ranks. If you are a member and you have a quarrel with someone who is in a leader position, you will have 3 consequencial situations. 1st offense, is a warning. 2nd offense, is a one week ban from any team event. 3rd offense is automatic termination off the team.
Rule Number 3 - Any questions or concerns MUST be sent to krunkykai22 or MetalAtlas via PM with no excuse. I will NOT tolerate anymore bickering inside of the team thread any longer. Same offences apply here as they do in rule number 2.
Rule Number 4 - Have Fun Again.

These are very simple rules, and trust me there just the basics. I will come up with an entire rulebook for FKO if I need to. I beg you not to force me to do so. I love being a Founder of FKO and I love the publicity everyone gives to us. We are an outstanding group of people, instead of having civil wars between us, we should be alligning together to make our strongest force be that of a team.

One last thing, here are the punishments to those who have broken what I have asked of you.

Shayne - My partner. From now on we discuss everything together. I can't give you any consequences obviously, but I respect that you would abide by this statement from here on.
Justin - I told you to keep your emotions inside. Being a dick on the internet bro is not going to help anything, nor is it going to make matters better. Rather they made it worse. I am giving you one last chance to prove your worthiness to the team. I know that people push you to your limits, but one more outburst and one more rank pull will earn you a straight demotion. You know your my friend but you know when it comes to business, I have to act like the leader. I hope you understand and not hold it against me.
AJ - No consequences deemed.
Gun - No consequences deemed.
Norse - Simply put, since day one you have held your rank and power over my head. I'm sorry but it stops now. If you have a problem with something going on in my team, do not instant message me telling me your going to take action over me. You being the leader of TB how would it make you feel if you were me. Put yourself in my position. My number one obligation is to my team and my fellow teammates. I will do ANYTHING I can to make sure the well being of my team stays in my protection. From now on you will discuss with me your feelings rather then demand them to me. Your a great friend as well and you have helped me out with so much. You have my sincerest gratitude. Just remember, I, not you, hold rank over this team. No consequences deemed thus far.
Frankie - No consequences deemed, but needs to put his foot down more often.

One last thing, you all know that James (gun92) is hosting a tournament. He is a team leader here on FKO, so everyone should participate in his tournament. As a vote of confidence that he will create yet another successful tournament, I will be donating 500,000 credits to his tournament. I have much faith that his tournament will show you just what the future holds in tournaments from not only him, but from Shayne and I as well. Good luck James.
