Re: [genre] mind loop
The synth lines was nice, but that kick was annoying as HELL. You need to change that.
It's too loud and too high pitched. EDIT: It got better as it went on, but the kick should still be modified at least a little. |

Re: [genre] mind loop
the kick is bad because its a fruity sample! you need to download kick samples dude! or atleast disguise your kicks to make them sound legit.
other than that this is good.

but I agree that downloading samples is a necessity. Otherwise I like it |

It's actually several overlayed Kicks. One from 3xOsc, one from Fruit Kick, and one is actually a sample.
Any good/free collections of kick samples out there? |

http://www.sampleswap.com http://www.ccmixter.org Should be able to find some stuff here. Ccmixter is completely legal too. Sampleswap is mostly legal, but I honestly don't care about that. |

Re: [genre] mind loop
If you're talking about the one that comes in right at the beginning, 3xOsc/dblue Glitch, and a Send with reverb on it only to pick up that wet sounding crawly thingy.
If you're talking about the second thing that comes in, 3xOsc/dblue Glitch running through FL's Overdrive, and then a send with more Overdrive, Flanger, Delay, Reverb. Also, thanks |

Re: [genre] mind loop
wow looks like you got the hang of just about all of FL's perks.
have you ever tried sidechaining a sweep noise to your kick? sounds really nice as a intro.
