Seefu, it wasn't ignored, it just wasn't replied to, or discussed. None of mine are, either. Maybe it has something to do with our post counts...

This is supposed to be fun ppl be happy play ffr and lets make this the best damn team ever it takes everyone to make a good team not just leaders. Leadership is needed a strong leader makes a strong team. But really what it comes down to is if you have athority issues then you shouldn't be part of a team. But all I hear is complaints about the leaders and the way they are running the team

they're working hard guys y give them crap?

Since the last Firekai Original didn’t work out exactly as planned (because of the total incomplete lack of discipline, resulting conflicts and the number of absenteeism we’ve had recently on the tournament threads) I’ve come up with a system to keeping track of who’s really dedicated and prompting to FKO and who’s not.

Active points

Every three days a member is active, they will gain AP. (active points). I will keep tally of the activeness and will be observing each member in the team. If you are NOT active within the three day period no marks will be taken against you, but if the player continues to be inactive they will be dismissed from the team.

For example: say KotHN continues to post and remains active on the thread, I will then review the thread and look at all the posts he’s made including the date of his activeness and after doing so KotHN will receive one AP point which will be kept in FKO’s records.

Everyone will have the opportunity to gain AP points as long as their willing and committed to participating in FKO’s events. Leaders will rotate this responsibility every 2 weeks.

So what do I do with my AP?

Absolutely nothing. This is only to determine if you’re serious about putting in the effort to being a part the team as a committed member. However, you do not have to obtain every single AP. If you cannot be active due to certain circumstances such as personal issues you can contact the following leaders via aim:

Krunkykai22 = hawkkai22
metalatlas = fireflyleaflett
GG_Guru= oxxmysteryxx
TC_Halogen=debit14

edit: I will begin with the tallying procedures today. After three days has passed I will post in this thread showing which members have been active on any FKO related threads, (yes Halogen including, TTC/Undisputed tourney).

Remember this ONLY counts for members in the team.

It's a bit surprising to me, seeing how much support this is getting. It's not much different from other groups like Team Blue. If I may suggest something to liven it up a bit: add more skill rankings. Split the normal divisions, or rate by numbers, in a way that's similar to the Real Song Difficulty system. More simple than you'd think.

Also, I like the idea of AP, I hope it's implemented. Makes me think of Final Fantasy Tactics though. Better watch out, or I'll be all like, ULTIMA!:O

Grounds for gaining AP are for being active in the thread? Or is it events like the TTC/Undisputed tourney?

And I'm not quite sure how this system works as far as leaders go.
