Also for better speed training, trying to do 300 bpm 16th streams with ridiculously uncomfortable patterns isn't really going to help. Try lower rates like .9 which is 270 bpm 16th stream that will help a lot

I actually noticed I play better after I whore a few songs of Death Piano. Just play it repeatedly and that will get your fingers going. It increases my speed by a ton after playing it, but that's just me. Hope this helps.
