I personally disagree with the idea as well. I deleted my previous posts because I don't want to start flame wars/arguing. People that know me know that I hate that. D:

As if Oni wasn't bad enough, I'll just say I don't support this idea, I'm sorry guys. Manti made the point a couple of pages back that I really would've posted sooner, but there just seems to be an overwhelming bandwagon effect for this token. That point was that the songs aren't getting easier...only the people are getting better. All you're doing is making it continually harder for those who don't already have tokens, not "setting a standard back to normal". I'm still reluctant to post because I know right away people are going to argue with overstated reasons already beat to death. The point is wanting a "new elite token" has no other justification alone other than you want another annoyingly hard to get token and feel good about yourself until it becomes too common for you. Having that token or not, you still have your skill, you still have one of the only AAAs on that song, and subsequent, more difficult songs that will be released. Why isn't that enough for you?

Maybe before we think about something like this, get more realistic tokens for the rest of the 99.90% of the active community. The rest of you who can achieve this token/will achieve this token do not represent the entire community, although due to your constant presence here, it may seem that way.

If I'm not mistaken, AAA means rank 1, while PFC means... well it's self-explanatory. Therefore, the FFR Dictionary is wrong?

Anyways, who cares! You have to PFC a FGO to get [EDIT].

AAA = PFC but back in the ol' days where PFCs weren't obtainable due to 'framers' (a.k.a FFR glitch), the maximum amount of perfects in a song was considered a AAA usually resulting in Rank 1 if so the case.

Therefore, a AAA is a PFC since the framers are now gone.

FFR doesn't need a place for [EDITS] because not all songs even have 2 versions. Otherwise I'd take half the damn songs that are lightly stepped for easy difficulty and make [EDITS].

P.s. Just because a song isn't made to it's FULL potential doesn't mean you need a new idea to give songs that capability. Once 1 [EDIT] comes out, the batch will be filled with song [EDITS].

Your wrong, AAA's stem from stepmania's grading system. You can get rank 1 in the world on a song, and not get the grade of an AAA on it. old FFR considered songs with 2 good on it like 100BB AAA's because that was the max grade obtainable from framers. This is no longer the case.

AAA's have and always will be FPC's

Show me a non photoshopped picture where someone got rank 1 on a song, and had greats in it and got an AAA on SM.

I believe there should be more difficult to receive tokens but the fact of an [EDIT] is stupid. IMO Edits are just songs that are Overlayered beyond belief (as we all know).

P.s.
All for HARDER tokens, such as AAAing FGOs etc etc.. to unlock harder FGO songs at least... and sexier looking tokens
