Don't practice trills, then you'll just need help with something else you neglected. Learn to control your right hand, once you have enough control over your fingers, the speed at which you are still able to control your fingers is what you want to build on. Sometimes it's not even a matter of whether you can do it or not, sometimes you just need to change the way it's done. I still use both hands on certain songs with fast one-handed trill sections (Vertex BETA, Kanon-Kanon)
