pmon, I play on a laptop that has something similar to it. There is most likely a key that you need to press first, before pressing the insert key. I have a little key that says [fn] (the fr is in a box), and then I press the insert key, which has [prnt sc] (it's in a box too) in little letters underneath it. I have to keep the [fn] key pressed WHILE I am pressing the insert key. My [fn] key is on the left hand side bottom, next to the windows key and the ctrl key. If you don't have that, you most likely have something similar to it.
