Why not ask The Speedfreak for permission instead of making silly threats?

Even if he denies blanket I doubt he would say no to giving his permission for one song

I stepped Torinouta way back in the day. I didn't know it was a cut and I didn't know it wasn't actually Sharpnel because there was nothing to indicate that in the crappy file I stole the mp3 from lol

I think it's been around long enough that you shouldn't have to worry about it; if anything was going to happen permission-wise it probably would've already.

The tagging in most Sharpnel albums that are put online is completely wrong, especially in that crappy torrent.
