This is true for D4 as well.

God Ive made top 16 twice in these things and always come in 9th or 10th =/

Last tourney was round 6 for D5, I believe--that was when everyone tore up Battle Theme #37 and TB'd for Holy Orders?

All things being equal, if there's 10 rounds, round 10, 9, 8, 7 will probably have 2, 4, 8, 16 people (Except for 4 and 5 since 5 may well only -have- 16 people)
