A question about multiplayer

When i play i usually play reverse (so the notes go down), well, in multiplayer they go up and your not allowed to change them. Is there a way to switch them so they move down?

There should be two buttons on the bottom of the score recorder below your username (where it says how many perfects, goods, etc.) that say UP and DN. Click on DN button to play reverse mode.

EDIT: i pressed it and it didnt do anything...

There should be two boxes for two players. Make sure you hit the one pair thats on the left side of the box.
