You just have to booout a bunch of times till you get the score down to the exact number.
I say you just go for as high of a score as you possibly can though, it would be a waste to spend so much time whoring for such a high score just to stop at a certain number. You're well on your way to 1.6+bil let alone 1.5 anyway.

For autofail, just set it to one of everything, so you can get one note at a time. Misses are -310, boos are -20, a perfect is +1550, a good is +1275. If you want to get a lot of boos pick a song that doesn't have arrows for a couple seconds (BB evo?) and set the boo autofail to however many you want (and then hit that many).
