I couldn't hit the 24th jacks that run, obviously. My boo count is extremely low. I can hit the perfect cherry storm 24ths with perfect PA, so this one shouldn't be that hard to overcome.

EDIT : I just realized that you say my rank was 109 when it was clearly 106 lol
