There are plenty of other ways to make 50 dollars without potentially landing yourself in a court room.

Also, the other person could retaliate.

No, wear a ski mask to hide your identity. But in order to authenticate the video you should yell out something random (yet unique) to the camera. Something like a battle cry. How about "I WILL BE NUMBA ONE!!!" then shoot him in the face.
