If you have vsync on in graphic options, turn it off, it makes my laptop register keys like half a second later when I have it on rofl. That or you just have no MA in which case I can't help you.

I don't even play on fullscreen mode so vsync option doesn't have effect.

Imma just stick to play hard songs that other people can't MA very well either.

Try fullscreen I have worse MA when I play in windowed mode.
Probably not the reason for your bad MA, I'm just throwing you some random suggestions that won't work

not true. my ma hasnt improves for **** in these past 5 months

my speed in general has gotten progressively worse over the last 4 months
my 300 bpm stream speed has gotten progressively worse over the last 12 months (i now get ~90 on disregard) despite speed files being the only thing i play

so yeah practice doesn't necessarily make perfect, some people plateau p hard =x

Well yeah, I do think that also (including jacks too). For the most part, I think anyone can accomplish anything that anyone else has accomplished (I understand the flaw in this statement, of course things will happen that haven't been done by anyone else yet, but I'm not getting into the whole impossible/possible thing by saying anyone can accomplish anything, because obviously no one will ever quad some bs file like dme). I meant that's up to him playing and working on it on his own, nothing I can do to help him with that.

As for MA, when I first started SM I had atrocious SM, but it's gradually getting better (still bad) so it's a matter of practice.

My MA used to be terrible but I just started playing a lot of MA files and practiced regularly until this day. My speed kinda took a hit though since I'm still slow as **** but my MA is pretty good.
