Wait, so I have to pick 1 number out of 10,000 numbers.
And then be within 10 to win credits?
Fun contest but this will take some INSANE luck to even get that close. I suggest making how close you have to be a little less close, or making the prizes bigger excluding top few. I mean, cutting in half each time is a decent idea, until you get within 10 and only get 977 credits.
Because the odds of being right on are .1%
And the odds of winning are only 21%. (Assuming non of the winning margins overlap)

Not quite. He picks 100 numbers, and you just need to be very close to one of these numbers. So it's not an INSANE chance to win.

EDIT: Actually the chance to win prize is as HUGE as 10%.
