Ok, I don't have a border yet, but is this about what you're looking for?

I also realize I need to crop the image a bit so the width is right. edit: this is with the width being 700 now http://i259.photobucket.com/albums/h...wardTravel.jpg I have to go now, so I'll have to work on it later.
