I will tell everyone that prizes will be the same for each division! I don't like how beginners don't win much because they're not as good as a master. Plus it makes math more complicated if we were to go out and reward beginners like 40k to the beginner winner and like 200k to the masters winner.

amen to this, ive had a tourney template for a while now, and my credit reward is the same for beginner and master....theyre the best at theyre division they should get the same prizes.

I donated 5403 credits. I would've donated more, but I still want to be able to play some of the secret songs.

Can anyone enlighten me as to what the challenge is with dark? I seem to be doing a little better with it on, lol

Dark mod is basically a little twist to this tourney. That and according to the FAQ here, dark mod is supposed to be intended to make it harder to get a perfect. I haven't noticed anything and I just find it much better for me.

Plus on the last tourney of darkness, I've gotten a few people into playing dark. They've gotten better just doing that! I've decided to do this dark mod twist again to see if more people get inspired to play dark mod full time on FFR.

In. And unless you re-check some of the placements you'll be getting a PM from me with suggested division placings. I lol'ed at some of the people you included in the same group.

musicdemon = high beginner
tangomango = low advanced...

both in Intermediate though. Not complaining about placements... just saying they need work. Yes I read the entire first post, and yes I'll PM you if it doesn't meet my satisfaction before it starts.

I'll send every last credit I have in a sec (it ain't much, I throw credits around like nothing). And tomorrow I'll do a full check of division placements just for practice. I'm planning on hosting a tourney soon and need to see what level most people who participate in tourneys are at.

Note for you though: You have to take into consideration the difficulty level you're giving each division. Honestly... Go look at tangomango's stats, then musicdemon's. Who would win if they were to both play a VC. No competition, and its not even fair =/

I think I'll be hosting FFR's first ever 6 Division Tourney here in a couple weeks B)

I'm going to be raped in advanced lol, but whatever. The majority of people in advanced can AAA at least one VC song and I struggle to AAA challenging. But then again I'm probably too skilled against most people in intermediate (with the possible exception of funmonkey), so I guess advanced it is then xD
