when your playing things like bb rev or things with jacks tighten up your muscles. lol idk it helps me go faster

If these tips were laws I would be a criminal. Pretty well-known tips. I remember someone (forgot who) recommended putting your hands in warm water before playing, but this lasts longer, even if it is a little ineffective at the start.

memorize the song and then turn the speakers off, because most charts on ffr are early (at least on 2.0x speedmod)
