Tier point requirements for Reluctantly Accepting Temporary Overexhaustion:

[9] - 400 or fewer
[8] - 650 or fewer
[7] - Full combo
[6] - 1,800,000 or higher
[5] - 1,600,000 or higher
[4] - 1,400,000 or higher
[3] - 1,200,000 or higher
[2] - 1,000,000 or higher
[1] - 800,000 or higher

That would be so funny if there was a tier point req for RATO haha

Nice Gymnastics Sprite-.

I had to turn the sound off because this seems off-beat to me, but I'm glad I got it out of the way.

RATO.

And by that I mean I'm sure if someone had explained the stepfile beforehand, a lot of people would probably have said the same thing.

The difference is DGK probably sucked some major cock to get that piece of **** accepted.

Dossar will not, and is not known well by the judges, therefore his file will be rejected or needed to be changed drastically before being accepted

Bluearrowll = The Canadian player who can not detect awkward patterns. If it's awkward for most people, it's normal for Terry. If the file is difficult but super straight forward, he has issues. If he's AAAing a FGO but then heard that his favorite Hockey team was losing by a point, Hockey > FFR

So someone like Shashakiro could make a file that is a huge dump but it could possibly be accepted since he's made other stepfiles in the past that met the "requirements"?

I doubt it. If I was a judge, I'd expect good stuff from Shash now, since we've gotten good stuff from him in the past. If he submitted a dump, I wouldn't say, "Well, since he's given us so many good files in the past, I guess we should let him give us some crap just to even things out a bit."

RATO is a crappy file. It doesn't matter how you slice it.
