Thanks lol. I was kind of stuck with YOU since it's so hard to layer, but it turned out okay. By the way, I stole the gfx from Kevin_18's file :X

Sent Uncle Summertime (cornandbeans ftw) and Nekomiko Reimu v2.

Think this will get accepted?

The sync couldn't be better as far as tiny BPM changes. I know the ending's kinda repetitive though . I layered a lot towards the end. It was almost too much, yet everything was generally still PR - the jumps + 32 triplets, etc.

Torrent's always hated me though and as I recall he's one of the judges =P.

0:41 - 32nds should be a 24th burst going something like 2421. The next 32nd burst at 0:52 is the correct speed but should be more of a 24212 pattern

1:15 - I'm certain there aren't actually 48ths here. It sounds like 24ths but it's a bit of an odd pattern so it might actually be slightly faster or slower.
1:18 onward - significantly harder than the rest of the chart before it. The parts of the guitar you put jumps to, correct me if I'm wrong, aren't actually power chords so are erroneous. What I'd suggest is stepping the guitar all as single notes and leaving it. Then make an edit chart and layer the percussion in; I'd try both bass and snare drums

I gotta go to bed now, but I'll check all those things tomorrow. One thing I do know off the top of my head though is that those 48ths are correct. as I'm sure you can see that section is outlined by 12ths. Those 12ths have a very clear 48th preceeding them. Slow the song way down and there are other notes that fill the gaps. They sound like 48ths.

Oh and no that first part isn't 24ths. Remember that the BPM is only 84. 24ths @ 84 is too slow. Besides I slowed that part down. Just look at the speed contrast with the 24ths for the drums.

I'll look at the rest tomorrow.

0:41 is definitely 24ths, I would bet my ears on it.

It's bit of an odd case with you; you've definitely got potential and the right idea, but you mishear rhythms like this from time to time. I'm reminded of the Heroes of our Time 12ths thing, where even the official guitar hero charts stepped it as 12ths.

Well I'm gonna double check tomorrow. That's just so slow @ only 84 BPM. But yeah, I'll check again. Sometimes things sound different in 1x.

*edit* And the jumps are just placed to make those hits more pronounced as they're clearly present regardless of what they are.

No no, not that!! That was a one-time horrible OMG-I-feel-stupid moment. =P Besides I fixed up that file nicely now. Oh and you were right about those 16ths. They were 24ths. LMAO!! I can't believe I missed something like that. I was a n00b though.

Watch this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zi3KU...e=channel_page

That's how it always should have been.

But yeah I need to look over the chart one more time (the first vid I posted). Cuz the first time I heard that part I thought it was 24ths too, but then I slowed it down and.... I'll double check again tomorrow. And I kinda simplified the pattern too to just kinda roll off the fingers from high to low.

Your chart looks pretty sweet, but if I recall correctly ~Torrent~ stepped this already. I don't think he's judging anymore so it's okay.
