Re: The Kongregate Brag Thread!
Add me to the list. Same account name, level 20 right now.
Also, I have 1458 rank points on Kongai for skill rank 14. I have 22 wins/11 losses and the only cards I've been using are the ones from challenges since I joined <_< (Cain Solomon, Juju, and Phoebe. Haven't even picked my 3 starter cards yet.) My Phoebe once disabled one of my opponent's Death Masks and that won the match for me. And for some reason, it seems opponents miss me much greater than 20% of the time when I use Deafening Crack.

Re: The Kongregate Brag Thread!
you broke 2000 already... so go for it..
Btw why aren't you showing up on my high score list... if you really did break 2000 :S Anyways, this morning I woke up in a good mood, decided to try to catch up with Rubix... It seems mornings aren't the best time to play kongai because all of the noobs are probably at school or something... and only vets are on... lost 5x in a row to 5 consecutive L10+ opponents... and now am sitting at 1955... I guess i'll wait for them to come home from school before i play anymore.

jonathan: If you want to level up, play later on at night. When I play during the day, I find that my win percentage goes down by quite a bit.

Re: The Kongregate Brag Thread!
This badge, is, by FAR, the most annoying badge on the site. The constant push-pull of wins/losses is so aggravating.

Re: The Kongregate Brag Thread!
Hmmm, tarnation was only painful to make a guide for. Actually DOING it wasn't so bad. Max Mesiria was much easier and a lot more fun. Zilch was long, but it was interesting, to me.
This is just long, painful, and nerve-wracking.

Re: The Kongregate Brag Thread!
Can somebody do a video guide for like, GemCraft or something? That colour thing doesn't help, and I can't beat the first epic level.

Re: The Kongregate Brag Thread!
Just go back and pwn the first few levels until you have enough skill points to pwn.
Increasing your mana pool size many times is a good move. Stop building new towers after a while so you can conserve your mana near the end. That way the boss can slip through a few times without you failing the entire level, while your towers pound away on him.

LMAO jugglinguy my roommate and I were just making fun of those commercials yesterday (those weird coat-blanket things). Such hilariously unlikely scenarios in that commercial, haha. They all look like wannabe-sages or something.

Re: The Kongregate Brag Thread!
More like monks IMO. My favorite is wearing it to a sporting event =P
Frantic.. oh man... I need to find out when it's best to use adrenaline to maximize the bullets > money, ending up with that power when the boss comes

Re: The Kongregate Brag Thread!
The Kongai badge sounds like an exercise in patience/frustration/broken computer components
Did about half of Hard on Meat Boy then finished a couple more on Impossible I3 and I4 are masochistic I keep getting stuck at this point in I3 The band-aid (two spaces down and one space left from MB) is easy to get, though, since there are gaps between the corners of diagonally adjacent squares |

Re: The Kongregate Brag Thread!
Got the new badges and card but got hit twice, so I got all but the imp. Whatever, will get later -- not hard at all tbh. Surprised they didn't give it a simple Hard badge. They should have made this one Hard and the Kongai one Impossible. Whatev.

Re: The Kongregate Brag Thread!
Had beaten Frantic twice when it first came out... once for fun, once to do a video of. Then played it 2 more times tonight... 1st time, got hit ONCE near the start of level 10. Honestly, the only hard guys to avoid are those damn low-side movers that come out 2 at a time throughout level 10. Bosses are easy. Got the Imp 2nd try though, on vid. Will post links when they're done processing.
And NFD: no way am i doing a gemcraft vid. sorry.
