so every song i play lags completely. i reinstalled flashplayer and javascript right before this and removed about 20programs off my computer so this would work properly but it doesnt. i even cleared my cache. it still lags a bunch and its extremely difficult to see notes and play. in mp i just freeze like 20 seconds into every song no matter the difficulty. i bet i couldnt even AAA power because of lags. what should i do so this doesnt lag at all anymore?

My friend said there was a program out there that you could use that prevents lag in mp. I forgot the name but I remember it started with a C. If I remember I'll get it to you.

-try every internet browser you can -hit ctrl+shift+esc and set the priority of your browser process (by right clicking on it) to high -adblock any ads on the page - failing that, set the quality of flash ads to low -try ffrndanotherway or w/e it's called -try another computer/a better computer -defragment your harddrive/clear up free space/increase virtual memory?

when you click Play FFR the game, and you come up to the Genre selection, in the top left corner of the game, click the 'Q' 3 times to lower your quality.
I have the same problem, so I do this instead, lag definitely goes away. |

I have the same problem. Makes playing in tournaments really frustrating. I only play on MP on my alt now 'cos of it.
I've tried both Firefox and IE. IE is even worse. I've done the same things you have done, as well as all those things mentioned by Patashu. I want it fixed ![]()

Patashu named a good chunk of suggestions.
Try ending Explorer's process tree and then using Firefox. I heard that it works for some people. Also, here's another thing you could try. |

I don't get it. You ask how does it NOT lag and I said it's fine for me, but now you say that's what you meant? Confusing. D:
But yeah, it doesn't lag for me at all. I would use ffrndanother way, but songs don't load for me on there, and the game's actual location has a few ads which throw some lag every once in a while. |

I lower my colour quality to 16bit, reduce image quality to low, have all computer shadows turned off etc... (I have a desktop switch hotkey, one press and it all changes)
