Questions about credits/level stats

1. I bought Document 13b a while ago and now I'm missing it =/
I've read that you have to buy all the purchased songs for them to show up, but I don't really wanna waste all of my credits atm..is there any other way to either make the song show up or get my credits back?

2. Is there a way to know which songs I've FC'd already? My level stats show 65, but I have no idea which songs were counted

Number 1 has been a problem for some time if I am correct, im not 100% on it though - Maybe PM Tasselfoot?

How would I be able to tell from the levelrank which songs I've FC'd though? AAA's are obvious because there would be a rank of 1, but what about full combos?

For FC's when you look at your levelrank, you will see a * by your score, this indicates an FC.

just look behind the scores, if there is a star like this one: *
than you know, you have fc'd it
