There is no concept here beyond throwing everyone together, and watching the masters rape the newbs. The entire point of having divisions is to prevent this. If you wanted to make this a masters only tournament, you should have said so. If I'm completely missing your point, please explain how exactly I'm wrong and what "concept you are going for."

A note: I'm not trying to attack you personally. In the past, your tournaments seem to have been successful (I only participated in one, and that was run pretty well from what I recall). It's just that this particular tournament is full of fail.
