SD: some helpful advice...

for the frostie/torchie stuff, do a hardcore bounty run on fast... you'll get them fairly quickly.
getting 50/100 deaths is simple... just play more.
kill 8 in a swing... get covered in a bunch of clutters, then spin them off and swing... voila, 8 in a swing.
survive 10 minutes in bounty... do normal and slow, shrink your window and pull up internet clock or something so you can watch the time... also minimize the number of guys on the screen at once and reduce graphics... otherwise it'll slow and take you way more than 10 minutes to get it.
defuse 10 torchies is simple... just look at the little balls of flame on the ground in a torchie aftermath and run them over.
win with a clutter is annoying... i got lucky on this one. just try to get a clutter stuck to you when you have 10 or less guys left to kill in a nest, then don't move much so it'll stay attached.
get killed by a biter is cake... if you noticed, a lot of the same type of guys will spawn together. so play an easy nest and watch when the biters start appearing.... then stand near the edge of the screen.
survive being frozen and survive and explosion... both require you to NOT have the armor on that prevents you from being slowed or inked or frozen, so just play without it. frozen is simple. explosion is a bit of luck... need to get a torchie into an inkie path, then run away. for the survive a fire (the torchie/stickie)... again, you gotta just set it up.

Reading random stuff:

Without having armor on, let clutter unload on you. Just stand there for ~30 seconds or so, killing and hostile enemy that come near you. then shake your mouse around wildly and you should release all the baby clutters almost all at once, take a swing shortly after you see your comp start lagging and hopefully you will get a good amount of the buggers.

This should help your one swing combo.

for the glaive sword you need to kill the "rasor" queen, its appears after you get an full bestiary

They also say Razor Queens are blue

so, anyone get the Imp badge for Warlords: Heroes? i consistently get 3-4, but nowhere near 13. there are a few gladiators that are really easy for each of the 3 heroes, but then there are also a few that are insanely hard.

The Whirler always gets me. I haven't been able to reach 5 yet.

Anyways I've optimized the robot game to around 160 or so, but I'm still working on it. Some of the levels are really hard to tighten down.

Finally finished Amorphous. I still have to re-complete the Big nest for the hard badge, but meh, at least I got all the awards now.

Also, I discovered this site quite late in the award gathering process, but it looks to be quite handy for anyone who hasn't yet acquired this badge.

I'm sure the Warlord's badge is gettable with practise, but I just find the game so horribly bad I'm content with just getting the hard badge for now...

Is anyone else having trouble with save files in Warlords? Nothing I do saves over browser refreshes.

So I'm playing warlords when I realize that it totally sucks. Then it hits me... "all these games are boring and/or sucky". Kongregate is for people who get bored a lot and have free time, I have like 50 other hobbys I could work on and also I have a frigging xbox. I used to play little flash games in 9th grade but hey that was 11 years ago, time for me to get back into shape.

i don't think flash was around 11 years ago... or if it was, don't there were games. the earliest flash games i remember were more like 2001-2002 range.

edit: after a little research, flash did come out initially in 1996, but it wasn't until 2000 that AS 1.0 came out for it, on Flash 5. after that, games like curveball and helicopter took the interwebs by force!

I'm considering not even going for the Imp. Badge for Warlords. Campaign mode takes too long. -_-

I got to mid-160's on light-Bot the second time around. I'm fairly certain I've completely minimized command count on a number of (earlier) levels, but it's mostly the later ones that are wrecking my score.
