![]() Should i get Tales of Symphonia: Dawn of the New world for the Wii?
Or..Tales of Vesperia for the Xbox 360? Ive heard a lot of good things about Vesperia from places like Ign.com and Gamespot.com but i dont know. I kinda miss the old characters like Lloyd and Zelos. What do you think?

![]() Ask the subscriber forum, good idea.
You do know that there is a whole sub-forum dedicated to video games, right? |

![]() Get both?
If you already have a 360 and a Wii, I don't see why not. Amazon has Vesperia for $54 and Symphonia for $37, so that saves $9 at least. Moved to GVG. Last edited by Squeek; 09-10-2008 at 07:52 PM.. |

![]() If you can't get both, it's kind of hard to tell which one to get because ToS2 hasn't been released yet so you can't really get an opinion on which is better. If you are really in a situation where you can't get both, just wait till ToS2 comes out and read reviews for both and make a decision based on that.

![]() Er, ToS2 is out. In Japan.
Famitsu gave both games 35/40. |

![]() Clearly you've never played a Tales game.
...until last week. Anyway, Atlus and Namco-Bandai have phenomenal localization teams. I have never seen a game from these teams that has been worse than the Japanese version. |

![]() Get Symphonia
If you liked the first one and you want to get the next installment for the characters then yeah. I haven't played it yet but it would be cool if you could use the Wiimote to swing your blades. |

![]() And at the same time, moving your Wiimote to make any attack would seem tiring. As far as I've read, we'll only be using the Wiimote for movement on maps and controlling where the Sorcerer Ring will hit.

![]() Using the Wiimote isn't a bad idea depending on the game it's being used for. For a game like Twilight Princess, it worked fairly well because the times where you are in battle and actually need to use it is significantly fewer than the number of times you will be fighting battles in a Tales game.

![]() personally i would get Tales of Symphonia, considering the first one was so amazing, also i already have Vesperia. However i do recommend Vesperia, because it is a pretty amazing game as well. In all honesty that is a pretty hard choice haha.
