I think I AAA'ed all the heavy songs a while back before the fix xD

A ****load of practice. It took me almost 7 months to get good enough to get Heavy -and even then, that doesn't factor in the occasional casual playing I did before joining (starting in September 2006), which gave me a bit of extra skill over other beginners.
