so i was messing around trying to record a Vector Runners Imp Badge Vid...
got 28,8xx in 1 run, hitting a pyramid on the VERY last barrier before the 2nd EMP section. got 2 different 60k+ runs on vid. then had an interesting run... was at 29,959 at the VERY end of the 2nd pyramid section, entering the 2nd EMP section... and i see a purple gem. I run over an EMP right in front of it and get the +1000... at 29,959. Didn't get the 30k without being hit. Went on to hit a few more EMPs, but never lost a life until 60,210... almost completely through the 1st spike section on my 2nd run through the game. also finally noticed that when you run through it once, you get a message in red that says "reduced visibility". no wonder i sucked so hard on the 2nd run through every time... didn't have as much time to react. anyway, the 60,210 no-life-lost run wound up being a 71,921 run. so i'll post that one. i think 29,959 is close enough to the badge. don't feel like playing it 5 or 10 more times just to get 41 more points. edit: Rushy... want me to make you an Orboros vid guide? or a DTD Med/Hard vid guide? the strategy for med will get you hard, and vice versa. I use the same map.... just add a few stat boosters on hard, since they aren't available on medium. edit2: Rubix made a really nice Fold Imp vid guide... i'd recommend it. I made a guide for the other 2 difficulties... but I think I deleted them. At least, I never uploaded them to YouTube.

Tass, here's my DTD grid before I died, obviously, I barely got the Imp Badge, but nonetheless... it's still gets the imp badge.

i've watched guides before for juggling... i'm just awful at it. your maze is much more complex then the ones i've seen though... maybe i'll give it a shot again.

With my map, the juggling only deals with 2 holes. Every other vid I've seen deals with 3 or 4 holes which is ugh... annoying, I just did the map this way because it's enough to get the badge and say goodbye to the Challenge Mode...
Edit: The problem with the setup I used which I figured out when I got to level 82 Flying was that I forgot use the stupid Snap Towers to halt the Flying creeps -_-'. If you add 2 or three Spike Towers (Completely Upgraded Snap Towers) in there, you should get 12k easily, saying that you don't mess up the juggling. i recorded a DTD hard vid... it's quite possibly the worst run ever. i died at 5023. but it would have gotten the badge. bad spots are the level 12 darks and the 49 flyers. got past both, then died from the morphs after that. around 54 or 55.
i guess i forget the exact pwnage strategy for hard, since it is a little bit different than medium... but the vid should show the basic strategy, and hopefully a few tweaks. for medium, you don't need the 3rd row of guys in the middle. just the front line of 15g guys and then a back row of 3 swarm towers. and you shouldn't have any trouble beating all 50 levels without losing more than 1 or 2 lives. don't need to worry about sending creeps too fast... since if you do it right, the 25xlives bonus at the end should give you plenty of points to get over 5000. will get the vid edited and uploaded either later today or tomorrow.

An Oroboros guide wouldn't suck, but I can compile info from other sources to get DTD.

i tried twice for the DTD Imp badge... got to level 77 or so... made a few mistakes juggling. will work on it, i think i can get it. need to focus more on the swarm towers though, i let a ton through on the 77th wave.

Okay, I'll help you out a bit Tass.
If you noticed in my pic, the ground creeps are in a line. Well I had to do some extra "selling" to get it to look like a line like that. ![]() The obvious one are the 2's which start the juggle tactic. The ones I use when they start closing in while the other creeps are far from the others are the 1's. I sell those until in order and color when they close into the line, then eventually juggle using the 2's only. And yes, I don't see it possible to keep 20 Lives on "The 100", so I would try to kill everything but the Flying Boss in 99 and maybe a few in 98 if you want to beat it. Edit: OMG TASS!!! wow. nice. i got to 89 and 90 the past 2 times... 11,300 and 10,700.
my issue is that i wind up having the creeps too far spread out. aka, i have to constantly juggle back and forth with no time in between, because some creeps are way on the left and some are way on the right... and there are too many of them to just let them through. if i could figure that out, i could do it. but, your maze has definitely helped me get much farther and be able to (somewhat) juggle. but i just get close... yet not close enough. need to figure out how to get it so the creeps are completely spread out across the maze.

First off: HotKeys
U = Upgrade N = Next Level (Next Wave of Creeps) S = Sell F = Fire (Used only for Snap/Spike Towers) Tass, the best way to do that is make a line. Once you make that line, when the creeps start getting close to one or both opens (When the next levels starts), press N immediately. First off, it'll give you bonus points for everytime you start a next level/wave earlier than should be. Second, the creeps will form into the line and you won't have to deal with weird juggling except for maybe the fast. But, the Frost Tower should keep the Fast within the line. Hope that helps. I knew I forgot something. ^^" Edit: Oh, and Cardinal Sin: Don't lose lives before level 70 or by a ground creep. With my map, they shouldn't happen. My fault, I got used to the +point thing going on... you don't... But the second part is true, it's your best advantage of using the N in the first place.
