well for me, even after changing the keys... I hafta close and restart SM in order for the keys to work properly in-game... like changing difficulty settings doesn't work if I don't reset SM...
you should be able to change the keys using the same arrow keys I think... btw... AA'ed genocide on pump now... XD...

change keys are in options once you have it set to pump and as for the score I figured you prolly took it fast. I know I've done that before when I was excited! Nice job again

btw, once you know how autogen works, and map your keys to something simple (I use dfghj), the PIU is pretty easy to play four fingered.
