i would think that would be illegal if she was only 13. i'm not sure, but where i live i think you have to be 14 to make it legal to agree to have sex or somthing like that.

EDIT: i also think the article,and the whole paper are BS. i was skepitcal at the beginning, and now im totaly convinced that it is BS

Whether this article is fake or not, this kind of thing happens. Harrison, AR police arrested a woman for whoring her pre-teen daughter out to a man in exchange for drugs. That's my hometown.

It might be an economically sound trade, but it's still pretty disgusting.

umm Q, the point was that as a minor, she does not have the option to voice her opinion because it is so easily coerced. When the Agent is the minor's benefactor and provider, there is a clear conflict of interests and the child doesn't really have the option then to not sell her flower... there's obviously an implied "protection" racket goin on with this, in that if the child doesn't do this, the mother doesn't take care of the child. You can not take the child's acquescence at face value given the state of affairs.
