eag: no idea. can try and figure out more after lunch.... but i'm guessing the best that i'll be able to give you is how many comments a specific user has posted. and even then, only maybe.

edit3: found out how to find siggies... there are 37 users that have a quote of mine in their sig. well, 37 users that have the word "tasselfoot" in their sig.
edit4: as far as i can tell, i'm the 2nd most quoted user in sigs. Synth has been quoted by 75 users currently. i also searched for JasonKey, Shashakiro, and MrRubix... couldn't think of anyone else who might have 30+ quotes. And none of those 3 were close... Jason had 12, Shash and Rubix are both 10 or less.
