why cant i buy songs

i wanna buy neo max but it says there was a problem purchasing it and that it was probably that my fdredits werent debited? what does it mean how do i buy the song

If I were to guess I would say that they finially made it so if you challenge someone and the winner of the challange isnt yet determined then you cant use those credits for other thing becuase, ofcourse, if you spend the credits you bet then if you lose the bet you would have negitive credits and for some reason when you have negitive credits you cant play any songs..
