Hi! My name is Geoff Mendicino, and I stumbled upon FFR a long time ago, but I came back, due to the LARGE selection of Rockman music!! *ish owner of www.exehq.com/forum; meaning that I'm a Rockman FREAK*
Anyway, I LOVE the credit system and the game system so far, and this is just a suggestion that not even the real DDR has... Is there anyway that at the BOTTOM of the screen, telling you precisely how accurate your step is. For example, if you press the step in the perfect range, but it was a little bit too quick and borderlines with Good, then the bar will show a mark in the Perfect Range, but it is slightly to the left, close to the Good Range. [====EarlyAverage====|===EarlyGood===|X=Perfect==|===LateGood===|====LateAverage====] X = Step mark. I don't think it would annoy people who don't need it who are just trying to pass a hard song, and it would helps those who are trying to do a Perfect attack on an easish song. This would REALLY be helpful for us who just can't keep a beat, and are wondering in the middle of the song if we are a little bit too early or too late. --- If this idea sucks, I apologize. *hides under a desk* |

Thats a good idea but idk how easy it would be to read that below and the arrows..... but I guess some people would probably use it.

Well, actually... I think right below the instant grade you get for the step would be better... What do you think?

I think it would be good if you could disable it.

Hmm... it's an interesting thought, but I don't know though...
Will have to talk to the developers on this one.

It helps a lot for practicing the timing, it should be optional though.
and at the same time showing 0.xxx seconds early/late is better I think. |

It would be good to have a training mode for this sort of thing, because that can be hard to pay attention to during any song, except the For Beginners ones

Have you ever played a console version of DDR? In training mode, it will display every arrow and if you were early or late.
There's also protiming on SM. |

A bar will be better, because having to coordinate the + or - and the 0-9 digits might be hard.
Chardish... I'm pretty sure I know that, lol, but they don't have a precise moment like what I'm offering.
