Been playing FinalStory, a MS private server. Created a guild... named Xqsite, same emblem etc. Same rank names as well. Invited some close friends that i play with there. You guys should join.. jason, kelsey xD. Its 750x exp 400x mesos drop and like 30x drop. Almost every monster drops an equip.

They're just as legal as .torrent files of copyrighted material.

Squeek i will not link the private server i play on but im gonna link and old server that is "Shut Down" and no longer working. Just shows a page of them saying what they are doing with the lawsuit. http://www.odinms.de/. Sucks what they are going through and i really wonder if it is real... they posted the link of the document but it was all in like german lol.

only because stretchy decided to remove that link am i agreeing with this

participating in a private server will do nothing to you individually. it's the server that will take the heat if nexon ever decides to sue. so really the only posts i should be watching for are people who tell you how to host your own.

Hit 100. Would be way past 120 by now but I've been just enjoying being a higher level and doing quests and fooling around trying to find stuff.

I don't have full 90+ gear yet but I'm working on it.. Going to hunt Dreamy Ghosts soon cause the exp is sick and I can just jam down on Heal

Maybe find some Pyogo's.

yes, afro. nobody has ever been sued for downloading music. they only go after napster and kazaa and all of them. not a single person has ever been sued. ever.

I've never heard of people using a private server being sued. It doesn't happen.

Would you really expect a single gaming company to have the power/desire to litigate in the same way the RIAA does?

And just because people don't get "caught", doesn't mean it's not illegal. I speed every day on the way to work, but that doesn't mean I'm not breaking the law when I arrive at work without receiving a ticket on the way.
