i've been a fan of star wars for a while, but the series has gone down in quality the past couple movies. i hope they dont screw this one up.

The Phantom Menace and the Clone Wars sucked. The old animation was better. This will be all computerized but I'll se it because Star Wars is the best ever.

jewpin, you should give the movie a chance. maybe read a review or 2.. then decide if your going to see it. i agree, the last 2 have sucked monkey shit. but this one tells you EEEEEEEEVERYTHING... o.o

The only thing I look foward to is General Grevious, but I still know that Lucas is going to make him CGI crap.

But I'm still going to see the movie. I wanna see Mace Windu die.

Not true. In case you haven't been able to tell, Star Wars is really awesome when it's dealing with evil and really crappy when it's dealing with the good guys. Look how much Ep5 rocked, because it was all about the Empire being evil. And Ep6's scenes with Luke/Vader/Emperor were among the best in the trilogy, but the Ewoks sucked. Ep1 sucked the whole time cause it was all about the good guys, and Ep2 was better because there were lots of evil plots at work.

Episode 3 is about a cocky, angst-ridden teenager turning into the most evil mo-fo in cinematic history. It should be cool.

Sorry, I'm a bit doubtful of that. Did you see episode two(I mean, obviously you did, but you know...)? He takes his dead mom up in his arms, starts greiving, and then his face turns all mean and kills everyone.

I can see the exact thing happening, except his wife dies, and when his face goes mean, he says something like "This is Obi-Wan's fault!"

I am basing my "not going to see it" on the poster alone. That has to be one of the worst posters for a movie I have ever seen.
