Stepmania download help

Ahh this is so frickin confusing.
I'm using windows and im trying to download songs to stepmania.
I download them then after that something pops up that says:

You have chosen to install the Stepmania package:

C:\DOCUME~1\Family\LOCALS~1\Temp\910694041Nohdin.zip

This package contains the following files:
(blah, blah,blah)
The package will be installed in the following Stepmania program folder:

But it wont let me choose a stepmania program folder.
Its just blank.

Did you go to the folder under program files? Will the game start at all?

Yeah, the game starts.
And i have a folder for it.
But it doesnt show up when i try to install it.

Don't you have the file 'Open StepMania Programme Folder'?

EDIT: Mind showing us some screenshots?

Yeah i took one here it is.

EDIT: Well i have a stepmania folder but not an open stepmania program folder.

Did you try just clicking Finish?

If not that, did you click the arrow next to the blank bar?

Of course I tried clicking finish. (i cant remember what it said but it was some kind of error)
I clicked the arrow and where folders should have been, it was blank.
