alright, after way more hassle then needed, my problem is solved. turns out it was that the arrow keys themselves shouldnt be used to play ffr, otherwise they wont process fast enough and eventually will ignore you are pressing buttons. so yea, i used to not like when people used hotkeys, i figured i would do it they way its meant to be done, but apperently that way is the way its meant to NOT be done lol...but yea, to wrap all this up.....



PROBLEM SOLVED! now i can finally lose those same songs becouse i CANT HIT the notes and get better.

Actually, you just need to remap your keys. See, my computer does the same thing, and sometimes you may have noticed a beep noise from your tower... if not, its still likely the same thing. Your keyboard can't read you hitting so many notes either too fast or at the same time, therefore try remapping your keys to either WASD, or the number pad.

If that doesn't work, your keyboard is just outdated...

Actually, I think this happens to me sometimes as well except it isn't a 100% thing. Sometimes it plays fine. Other times it seems it isn't registering my hits on the same song simply on a different play of that song.

And it usually happens if I legitimately miss one then it won't register the next few on that particular arrow. And it only happens on songs with lots of arrows and in places with lots of arrows. And it doesn't even always happen or always happen at the same places.

I don't know if it's me, my keyboard, my computer, or ffr or if I'm just imagining things.

All I know is it doesn't seem to happen in Stepmania. (Although I will say at least FFR has never crashed my computer. Stepmania has.)

I wouldn't even have mentioned it except it sounds similar (if not exactly the same) to this problem here.

The four keys I press can be pressed simultaneously so that isn't an issue. And yes I am aware about keyboard limitations. I know for fact they can be pressed simultaneously because it works in other programs (Stepmania, for example).

I just don't let it bother me so much though. Just play other songs.

I share the issue. I just fail out and go again. Just means more arrow hitting lovelyness for me.

Love of god don't bump a freaking flame war. Also it's not on FFR's end it's yours therefore it is your responsibility to fix it if you do want it fixed.
