Ok, I have been playing FFR for well over a year, and have stayed a 1 handed player. 3 fingers, no thumb. And I still get a sore wrist after a matter of seconds on harder songs such as AAA. I get to about a 200 - 300 combo, and than my wrist hurts so much, I am forced to quit or start mashing.
Does anyone else have this problem? Is there anything I can do to improve my endurance? |

One handers often get wrist injuries much more often and faster than two handers due to all of the work being put into one hand.
You should consider playing with two hands. |

A question for anyone, is it true lifting your elbows while playing will help prevent wrist/arm pains.

If you play with your right hand, play with the computer farther to the left of you.

thanks for the support. I really have been thinking hard about switching to 2 hands, but I want to be the best 1 handed player there is. I'll try lifting my elbows, and moving my keyboard to the right.
If this helps, it will bring tears to my eyes. |

Sounds like Carpal Tunnel Syndrom.
Be careful when playing, I'm developing it. o_x

I dont know but when i played on ENR's laptop at the convention i was having serious problems with my left wrist. I have never had this problem on my own keyboards and i still don't. Maybe you should try something else? It could just be the 1 handed part though. I would suggest spread.

Well yeah, silly goose..... Of course one handed will hurt. lol.
Maybe just try both hands, otherwise, I think you'll ALWAYS have that problem. ^_^ |
